This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

FWIW, for (a), the photos uploaded by User:Namest 2003 seem unrelated to the later uploads except for subject, but the rest of this indicates sockpuppeting.

@Jmabel By tracking this ID, I found more accounts. These should also be blocked as a user ID is basically unique for software that requires registration.

Please consider taking appropriate action against Johnnyxie168, as the user continues to upload self-promotional images that have been nominated for deletion under CSD F10 and CSD G10 (File:Zhiwei(Johnny) Xie.jpg, File:ICFF Best Student Design Award.jpg, File:Vulcopulp.jpg and File:Notable Project.jpg). File:BlankMap-World.svg was protected four years ago due to an edit war, and it is clearly no longer appears to apply. Over the past four years, numerous historically significant events have resulted in territorial changes, leaving this image seriously outdated and in need of major updates.
